Supportive Housing development. The complex consists of four types of supportive housing units, flexibly replicated around the site for a total count of eight buildings. The exterior of each unit has its own identity that complements a cohesive neighborhood aesthetic while barrier-free design serves the special needs of the residents on the inside.

New construction. A cozy and friendly exterior marries a four-person special needs group home for residents with autism, and two one-person apartments along-side, while maintaining a single-family impression and scale on the exterior.

Mixed Townhouse & Special Needs Housing development. Seven two-bedroom and ten one-bedroom accessible apartments provide a built-in community for the special-needs residents to experience independence in the comfort of their own homes. Pops of color and forms break up the extensive program into welcoming residences with personality.
